The rules for using Nexorah and what you're agreeing to when you sign up.
What Nexorah is
Nexorah is an analytical software service that provides trade suggestions based on market analysis performed by an AI system (NexorahAI). Nexorah is not a broker, does not execute trades, and does not hold client funds.
Every trade suggestion requires your explicit approval before it is sent to your broker. Nexorah cannot and does not automatically execute trades on your behalf.
No investment advice
Content on this site and within the product — including but not limited to signals, rationale, market commentary, and educational material — is provided for informational purposes only. It is not investment advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument.
You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment.
Risk acknowledgment
Trading foreign exchange, cryptocurrency, and derivatives involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You may lose more than your initial investment. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
By using Nexorah, you acknowledge that you understand these risks and are trading only with capital you can afford to lose.
No warranty
Nexorah is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of signals, profitability, or fitness for any particular purpose. NexorahAI can be wrong. It will be wrong. You are the last line of judgment.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexorah, its founders, and its affiliates are not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Acceptable use
Don't reverse engineer the service. Don't scrape signals for redistribution. Don't use Nexorah to give investment advice to third parties. Don't abuse the system in any way that would degrade it for others.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
