How Nexorah handles the information you share while using our site and service.
What we collect
At the pre-launch stage, we collect only the email address you provide when joining the waitlist, plus basic anonymized web analytics (page views, general location, device type).
If and when Nexorah launches its full product, we'll collect additional information required to operate the service, including account credentials and trading preferences. We will not collect broker credentials, funds, or transaction data unless you explicitly connect them.
How we use it
Your email is used only to notify you about your waitlist status and product updates.
Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand traffic patterns and improve the site. We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with third parties except as required to operate the service (for example, our hosting provider).
Where it lives
User data is stored in a secure database with encryption at rest, accessible only to the Nexorah team. Broker credentials are encrypted separately and never stored in plain text.
Third-party services
Nexorah uses the following third-party services to operate: Stripe for payment processing, Google reCAPTCHA for bot protection, Cloudinary for image hosting, Resend for transactional email, and MetaApi for broker connectivity. Each processes only the minimum data required for its function.
Cookies & local storage
Nexorah does not use tracking cookies. We use browser local storage to remember your theme preference. Basic anonymized analytics are collected without cookies.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@mynexorah.com. We'll respond within seven days.
